OJJDP invites fifth graders to participate in the 2018 National Missing Children's Day poster contest. The annual contest creates an opportunity for schools, law enforcement, and other child advocates to discuss the issue of missing and/or exploited children with youth, parents, and guardians and to promote child safety. OJJDP will invite the national winner, parents, teacher, and state clearinghouse manager to Washington, DC, to participate in the National Missing Children's Day commemoration on May 23, 2018. Submissions were due by January 31, 2018. The deadline has been extended. Submissions are now due by February 21, 2018.
