Administrator’s Message: Funding Programs That See the Value in All Children
Administrator Liz Ryan explains how OJJDP achieves its priorities for transforming the juvenile justice system through its grant programs. She highlights funding that helps jurisdictions close correctional facilities and reinvest resources in community-based services; implement programs to reduce recidivism; and divert parents and caregivers from the prison system, promote family reunification, and keep children out of foster care.
