The Effects of Trauma on Children, Youth and Families
This September 29, 2020 webinar, hosted by the Western Regional Children's Advocacy Center in conjunction with OJJDP's NTTAC, is the first in a series of three webinars for professionals working with Children’s Advocacy Centers that focus on the effects of trauma on children and a trauma-informed approach to caring for children and families that have experienced trauma. This webinar will help build skills for professionals working with children that have experienced trauma and introduce terminology related to trauma and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs).
