This web page provides online access to OJJDP (Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention) featured programs and current news on issues related to juvenile justice and delinquency prevention.
One featured event described is OJJDP’s co-hosting of the National Mentoring Summit, during which OJJDP staff led and participated in workshops that focused on OJJDP-sponsored research, including effective mentoring programs and practices for at-risk youth. Another featured event profiled in this issue is the White House’s launching of the Asian American and Pacific Islander Bullying Prevention Task Force, which will address the bullying of Asian-American and Pacific-Islander youth, which is a growing problem in the United States.
