The Juvenile Justice System Enhancements program will support efforts to enhance systems that address public safety by holding offenders accountable and supporting child victims. This includes the juvenile justice system as well as those agencies responsible for investigating and prosecuting online child exploitation.

The Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) will enhance programming and improve outcomes for youth in correctional facilities by expanding and evaluating the implementation of restorative justice principles and programming within OYA’s facilities. OYA plans an expansion of the restorative justice system from a one-site pilot to leverage ongoing efforts to better serve youth, families, and communities in Oregon. CA/NCF
