This program will analyze juvenile justice system improvement efforts by collecting and interpreting performance measurements, data models, and other resources, produced by OJJDP's juvenile justice system improvement programs and share promising practices, policies, and models with other jurisdictions. This program is authorized pursuant to the Second Chance Act Pub. L. 110-199 and the Department of Justice Appropriations Act, 2017 (Pub. L. 115-31).

ICF Incorporated, LLC, will develop tools and resources that collect, coordinate, synthesize, and interpret the outcomes, models, and best practices of OJJDP’s juvenile justice systems improvement programs. Working closely with OJJDP, a panel of juvenile justice experts, and the Center for Juvenile Justice Reform, ICF will develop a framework for the collection, synthesis, and dissemination of data and resources from OJJDP’s juvenile justice system improvement programs. ICF will design and support roundtables, virtual meetings, webinars, and presentations at national conferences and will use social media to broadly disseminate deliverables. CA/NCF
