Using OJJDP funds, the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) will work with their BJJS to use the PREA penalty award to further completion of the following training and education priorities:
1) Development of training resources for staff working with adjudicated delinquent youth;2) Development of training and informational resources for adjudicated delinquent youth; and 3) Development of informational materials to educate staff and residents regarding PREA. NCA/NCF
