The Justice Research and Statistics Association (JRSA) proposes to prepare and
transition the calculation process of the Juvenile Accountability Block Grants (JABG) Program and the Native American Pass-Through (NAPT) of the Title II Formula Grants Program to the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. JRSA will continue to provide formula
calculations and technical assistance to state administrators and will prepare documentation during this transition period.
