Internet Crimes Against Children Program Support

This program is funded under the authority of the Providing Resources, Officers, and Technology to Eradicate Cyber Threats to Our Children Act of 2008, (P.L. 110401, 42 USC 17601, et seq.)("the PROTECT Act"). Using OJJDP funds, the Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) will provide program support to OJJDP, the ICAC Task Forces, the ICAC training providers, and other local, state, and federal law enforcement officials partnering with the ICAC Program. Program support will include, but is not limited to: scheduling and planning training conferences and routine business meetings; deploying a standalone online training registration system; deploying and maintaining an ICAC public facing web site and training web site; developing a technical assistance needs assessment and response protocol; and other support functions as determined by OJJDP. FVTC will receive input and direction from OJJDP on technical assistance topics, publications, manuals, training conferences, and other substantive issues and deliverables.
