Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2010, $15,057)
This program intends to reduce risks and enhance protective factors to prevent at-risk youth from entering the juvenile justice systems and to intervene with first-time and non-serious offenders to keep them out of the juvenile justice system. The State of Kansas will make one new award with FY 2010 Title V Incentive grant funds to support local delinquency prevention efforts. Kansas will provide continuation funding to Teen Court Program and 'Opportunities For Success' multiple strategy delinquency prevention project. NCA/NCF
