This program intends to reduce risks and enhance protective factors to prevent at-risk youth from entering the juvenile justice systems and to intervene with first-time and non-serious offenders to keep them out of the juvenile justice system.
Specifically, in FY 2010 the State of Wisconsin anticipates providing continuation funding to one subgrantee. The grantee in question is a rural county in the central part of the State. NCA/NCF
