OJJDP FY 10 Title V Community Prevention Grants Program

This program intends to reduce risks and enhance protective factors to prevent at-risk youth from entering the juvenile justice systems and to intervene with first-time and non-serious offenders to keep them out of the juvenile justice system.
The Virgin Islands will fund one subgrantee with priority given to applicants that demonstrate the ability to develop data driven prevention plans and employee evidence-based strategies. (NCA/NCF)
