ZERO TO THREE, on behalf of the Forrest County Court Team for Maltreated Infants and Toddlers, proposes to continue the Forrest County Court Team for Maltreated Infants and Toddlers. The goal of each Court Team is to increase the knowledge and skills of community stakeholders so that their communities better meet the needs of maltreated infants and toddlers and their families involved in the child welfare system. A project database has been developed to allow staff to record the types of services received by parents and children, the number of reunifications, the frequency of parent-child contact, and length of time until permanency. Ultimately the Forrest County Court Team hopes to reduce the recurrence of child maltreatment among the families served. NCA/NCF
