Development Services Group, Inc. (DSG), will continue and expand the training and technical assistance (T&TA) that it has been providing State Advisory Groups (SAGs), under OJJDP's direction, so that SAGs can better fulfill their responsibilities under the JJDPA to ensure compliance with the Core Requirements, and protect and serve youth and communities.

Goals: Deliver targeted, highquality, state-of-the-art T&TA; and continue building and refining an OJJDP-approved T&TA support system that is comprehensive, responsive, flexible, appropriately innovative, and cost effective.

Objectives: Increase the ability of the SAGs to accomplish their mandate, improve the States' juvenile justice programs, and promote juvenile justice systems improvement.

Activities: New activities will include a national SAG steering committee to enhance information and resource sharing; special training and monthly calls for youth members; Webinars, a database of SAG best practices, and SAG trackers; SAG service calls to each state; T&TA for SAGs with imilar needs; Core Requirements; T&TA "mobilization teams"; and T&TA on systems integration and systems change. DSG will continue refining the core SAG Trainings, the Web site, and the TA Tracker.

Measures: To assess progress, DSG will use 10 output measures (e.g., number of trainings) and five outcome measures (e.g., increased knowledge, improved SAG performance). CA/NCF
