The goal of the Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws (EUDL) Program is to support and enhance State efforts, in cooperation with local jurisdictions, to enforce laws prohibiting the sale of alcoholic beverages, or the consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors. For the purpose of the program, minors are defined as individuals under 21 years of age.

The Arkansas Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws Program is a collaborative effort between State and local law enforcement agencies to lower or eliminate the consumption and sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 21. The project will focus on awareness, education, and funding innovative prevention programs. These include distribution of prevention materials, bar patrols, compliance checks, and programs for schools and colleges.
