Award Information
Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2009, $33,486)
This program intends to reduce risks and enhance protective factors to prevent at-risk youth from entering the juvenile justice systems and to intervene with first-time and non-serious offenders to keep them out of the juvenile justice system.
The Commission on Children and Families (OCCF) is the designated State agency to receive Title V funds in the State of Oregon. It is estimated that one sub-grant will be supported with the FY 2009 Title V allocation. Given that previous sub-grantees are in their third year of funding, a request for proposals will be issued to identify the project that will be supported with FY 2009 funds.
