Implementation of Collaborative Problem Solving as a delinquency prevention program.

This program intends to reduce risks and enhance protective factors to prevent at-risk youth from entering the juvenile justice systems and to intervene with first-time and non-serious offenders to keep them out of the juvenile justice system.

Maine will award up to 2 sub-grants to units of local government. Priority will be given to applicants that demonstrate the ability to develop data-driven prevention plans and who will employ Collaborative Problem Solving.
