This program is authorized to organizations identified in the Text and Joint Explanatory Statement, Omnibus Appropriations Act, 2009.

The Child Abuse Program at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters is the central resource for medical care for abused and neglected children in southeastern Virginia.
