{Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) ICAC Training & Technical Assistance (T&TA) Program proposes to continue to provide training to the ICAC Task Force and their affiliate agencies, which includes members of federal, state and local prosecutorial and law enforcement agencies. This program provides both reactive and proactive investigative and field forensic training and resources to first responders, investigators, ICAC unit commanders and prosecutors in thousands of agencies nationwide. ICAC T&TA will provide hands-on training courses both as regional programs and as technical assistance training as well as deliver training through our established and expanding distance learning initiatives. ICAC T& TA supports a website and collaboration portal to deliver this training and these resources. Our Program will target ICAC Task Force members and their affiliates who require this highly specialized training that is needed to properly address questions regarding computer facilitated crimes against children. Training and technical assistance will be offered nationally. FVTC's approach leverages its well-established ICAC partnerships and draws upon its extensive law enforcement training and technical assistance experience and effective college management infrastructure, staff experience, and extensive resources to accomplish the program objectives.
