Anderson Community Schools Internet Safety Program

Anderson Community Schools (A.C.S.) will utilize this FY08 Byrne earmark to implement the MISSING Internet Protection Program. The purpose of this program is to educate youth in 150 schools in the 6th Congressional District of Indiana to make wise choices when using the Internet, thereby reducing or eliminating their risk of being victimized online. Project funding will provide classroom materials for youth in public and private elementary and middle schools in and around Anderson, Indiana and hands-on training for the teachers and others who will lead the program in the schools.
