CEASE

The Paul & Lisa Program, Inc. willconduct Project CEASE, a one year initiative designed to decrease the incidence and victimization of youth coerced or lured into child sexual exploitation and to assist victimized girls through prevention, treatment, and awareness within the state of Connecticut.
Project CEASE will provide age-appropriate prevention education and community awareness programs for children, parents, teachers, community and youth leaders. Treatment in the form of clinical programs and therapeutic groups will be developed for victims of (CSE). This treatment will be administered by the Paul & Lisa Program, Inc. and victims will be referred to Project CEASE through various points of entry, including but not limited to: schools, mental health clinics, parents, the judicial system, faith and community based organizations, and social service agencies.
The agency will nationally replicate its best practices for prevention education, community awareness, and professional training.
