The Marshall Group home is funded by the Sheriffs Youth Programs to to address individualized problems with abuse, self esteem, drug and alcohol treatment, truancy, and to provide stability and treatment to young people that would be subjected to the elements of rising crime. This program has the capacity to serve between 40 and 60 youth over a period of 12 months. The average stay is (3) three months. A family counseling program to the St. Cloud facility would allow for for enhanced family services. Family counseling is an essential component to returning youth to their homes and communities.
