The Junior Marshall Program will be implemented in 12 middle schools of Muscogee County, Georgia. The Junior Marshal Program will provide positive role models and mentoring to selected students on the school campuses through the CLEFT (citizenship, leadership, education, fun, and teamwork) program model. The program seeks to serve five seventh grade students from each middle school the first year for a total of fifty- five students and increase the number to ten students per school the second year. Progress will be measured by student participation, attitude, and performance oriented tasks using the word CLEFT.
