Neighborhood Networks Opportunity Center (NNOC)

The Pico Union Housing Corporation (PUHC) is enhancing the organization's Neighborhood Networks Opportunity Center, after-school educational and recreation program for youths ages 6 ' 18. The funds will primarily be used to hire a qualified Program Director to implement a new curriculum and establish a recruitment plan to increase the center's enrollment, and (2) part-time program leaders to support the Program Director and engage participants. The part-time program leaders will be recruited from Universities, Community Colleges, and High Schools located within the program's service area. NCA/NCF
