Camp Fire USA Mentoring Children of Prisoners Program

Camp Fire USA will conduct planning activities and utilize best practices for delivering a Mentoring Children of Prisoners Program in Kansas. They will assist the Camp Fire USA Heartland Council, based in Prairie Village, conduct outreach, establish partnerships, and train staff. The specific goals of this project are to enable Camp Fire USA to conduct planning activities and utilize best practices and lessons learned from their Mentoring Children of Prisoners Program in Texas to enhance and improve the curriculum for delivery in Kansas. This is the crucial and indispensable first phase in building a Mentoring Children of Prisoners Program that will be sustainable and scalable in the future. NCA/NCF
