The Circuit Rider Counselors will be Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers or other appropriately licensed eligible personnel who will spend approximately 2 ½ days each week in the respective counties providing counseling, information, referral and education regarding child development, family dynamics and parenting issues for children and their families.
