Security Systems Improvements

Sheriff's Youth Programs of MN's (SYPMN) physical capacity to treat children with more severe disorders is limited by the lack of modern surveillance equipment at some of our facilities. SYPMN currently segregates at-risk youth into facilities based on their disorder. A modern surveillance system installed throughout the SYPMN system would allow SYPMN to expand its capacity to treat at-risk youth with the most severe disorders and would improve SYPMN's ability to maximize other resources.
