CEDARS proposes to support the operation of the CEDARS Emergency Shelter Program, including case management and youth supervision; individual, group and family sessions; tutoring and educational support; recreational activities; and coordination with other community services. The project seeks to serve at least 50 youth. Progress in improving constructive behaviors will be measured through data collected at intake and discharge regarding criminal behavior, truancy behavior, substance use, and school grades. NCA/NCF
