KidsPeace KidConnect Aftercare Program

KidsPeace has developed KidConnect, a program that will provide coordinated case management for aftercare services to West Virginia youth starting at the time of their admission into an out-of-state KidsPeace facility. Direct services to youth and families, including coordination with in-state resources, will extend six months post-discharge. In addition, KidsPeace will provide open-ended aftercare services to any youth throughout West Virginia through the use of its innovative online counseling website, TeenCentral.net.
