National Resource Center and Clearinghouse

The purpose of the National Resource Center and Clearinghouse (NRCC) is to help prevent child abduction and sexual exploitation; find missing children; and provide technical assistance/training to victims of child abduction and sexual exploitation, their families, and the professionals who serve them per the Missing Children's Assistance Act (MCAA) 42 U.S.C. §§ 5771 et seq. The population served includes, but is not limited to, families, law-enforcement, court-system, social-service, childcare professionals; prosecutors; nonprofit-community agencies; and lawmakers.
