Helping America's Youth (HAY) Web Site Technical Assistance

This project is designed to support the Helping America's Youth (HAY) initiative, a program lead by First Lady Laura Bush. Tasks over the 12 month period include (1) providing IIR staff support in the areas of web design, graphics design, and system technology to maintain the HAY website and to respond to additional developement tasking; (2) providing IIR staff support to respond to users and to coordinate contacts requiring responses from the White House, OJJDP, or other federal agencies involved in the HAY partnership and to provide technical assistance, as needed; and (3) acquisitioning computer hardware and software to assure redundancy in case of an emergency.
