National Juvenile Court Data Archive

The National Juvenile Court Data Archive project will provide information on the activities of the nation's juvenile courts to enable policymakers to improve, design, implement, and assess our Nation's juvenile justice policies and to enhance the operation of the juvenile court system. The Archive will continue to assist OJJDP with collecting, synthesizing, improving and disseminating data related to the juvenile court's handling of delinquency and status offense cases in the United States as well as serving as the Nation's clearinghouse for information on the juvenile justice system.

Performance measures will include the addition of raw data files to the Archive, the number of completed products submitted to OJJDP for publication or dissemination, a list of presentations made using Archive data, the number of technical assistance requests fulfilled, the number of new jurisdictions added to the sample, and a listing of the current status of each jurisdiction's ability to contribute case level data to the Archive.
