The Leadership Foundations of America (LFA) proposes a Three-City Demonstration Project in Pittsburgh, Dallas and Minneapolis to strengthen and expand 60 small faith-based and community organizations that serve at-risk youth in their targeted neighborhoods. The LFA and their partners in each City will provide intensive technical assistance and training to the selected participates. The LFA will increase the program and organizational capabilities of these participating groups and build stronger collaborative efforts to prevent and address youth crime and delinquency as well as other related problems such as substance abuse, school failure, truancy and teen pregnancy.

Data collection protocols will allow LFA to track OJJDP required performance measures. Also, LFA will provide quarterly data on the success of the technical assistance to the local sites identified by the Project.NCA/NCF
