Mentoring young men who do not have a father figure in their life to become leaders in their communities

Team Focus provides opportunities for boys to develop leadership qualities through mentoring and leadership camps. This is offered during the summer in seven cities. Participants hear lectures and participate in sports, cultural activities and job interviews. This program also provides parent training. This program will have 80% of of young men who participate in mentoring increase their leadership skills and 90% will have improved grade point averages. NCA/NCF
