Florence Crittenton Services Capacity Building Project's main objective is to improve the internal systems of the organization to enhance the overall quality and volume of the services offered. This will be achieved by the development of a comprehensive computerized management information record system, improved interagency and external communication system, increase security of the residential program and expansion / continuation of services into the client's home community; which in an effort will directly improve the quality of direct services to high risk children and families.
