IT Works for YOUth

The objective of IT Works for YOUth is to aid in Vermont's effort to reduce recidivism amount first time offenders. IT Works for YOUth will focus on establishing a unified understandable system, building the strengths of youths and working with youth in the context of their own environment in order to acheive their goal of reducing the recidivism rates of first time offenders.
