The objective of Dauphin County Family Group Conferencing is to positively impact child welfare outcomes of safety, permanency and well-being. Dauphin County will focus on addressing the juvenile justice mandate of Balanced and Restorative Justice Principles, these of which include accountability, community safety and competency development.
