The WAGES project will develop and test the effectiveness of an employment-readiness curriculum for incarcerated adolescents and young adults through the implementation of the evidence-based WAGES curriculum. The curriculum focuses on four essential skills: locus of control; teamwork; communication; and problem-solving. The researchers will use a quasi-experimental research design for this study.
