The City of Miami Beach will expand the North Shore Youth Center Teen Program after school program targeting teenage youth in Miami Beach, Florida. The primary activities will be after school and summer arts and recreation programming with the primary goals of 1) increasing pride and accomplishment; 2) decreasing substance use; and 3) decreasing gang involvement of participating teens.
