Will Power to Youth/LA Shakespeare Festival is a seven weeks arts based educational enrichment and youth development program that teaches job readiness skills, addresses school dropout rates, unemployment and youth violence. This program hires young people between the ages of 14-21 who are from poverty striken areas in LA. Youth are hired for a seven week period to create an adaptation of a Shakespeare play that reflects their thoughts and feelings about Shakespeare.NCA/NCF
