The Mountain Made Foundation will implement the Youth-At-Risk program, an arts-education program to youth age 5-18 in three West Virginia counties (Roane, Tucker, and Calhoun). The primary goals are to 1) increase social competence; 2) increase problem-solving skills, and 3) increase feelings of autonomy and future orientation of participating youth. The primary activities include in school and out-of-school arts-education programming. NCA/NCF
