The goal of The Literacy Program for At-Risk Students/Ezelle Center Instructional Technology initiative is to establish a before school literacy improvement program targeted primarily at low performing middle school boys. The proposed program seeks to install interactive technology and appropriate support devices to enhance preparation of pre-service teachers and social workers.
