The Creative Visions Human Development Institute will implement after-school prevention and intervention programming for students in Polk County, Iowa. The primary goal is to improve academic performance of students, reduce the high school drop out rate among high risk students, and improve cultural awareness of students. The primary activities include the provision of after-school tutoring (school-based for elementary students, out of school for middle/high school students) and community and cultural opportunities to high school students.NCA/NCF
