The Dutchess County YMCA will implement a Saturday Night Teen Center program for young people ages 13-24 in Poughkeepsie, New York. The primary goals are 1) to provide a safe place for youth age 13-17 to socialize, congregate and recreate; and 2) to improve the educational attainment and employment status of youth age 18-24. The primary activities will be structured recreational courses, wellness programs, unstructured recreation, and the training and employment of 6 students age 18-24 from Youth Build of Nubian Directions to work at the Saturday Night Teen Center.NCA/NCF
