The Reaching Out Teen Center at the Warwick Valley Community Center

The dual focus of the program will be to offer a year round Counselor-In-Training (CIT) program and to extend weekend evening hours for the teen center. The program will track the youth actively participating in the CIT program using monthly behavior charts and attendance at the job trainings offered. The Reaching Out Teen Center will focus efforts on reducing the incidence of juvenile delinquency manifested in underage drinking and truancy.NCA/NCF
