Orange Beach After School Teen Activity Program

The After School Teen Program will target youth ages 12 to 19 and will be operated by the City of Orange Beach Parks and Recreation Department. This program will provide age specific recreation opportunities, tutoring and mentoring to a currently underserved segment of the City's population. Our After School Teen Program will aid in steering youths away from risky behaviors by allowing them to participate in activities that are safe, entertaining, and engaging so that they will be less likely and have less time to engage in risky behaviors. The After School Teen Program will also provide a tutoring opportunity for area teens that are at risk for failing at school or dropping out of school.NCA/NCF
