The Devonshire Police Activity League will implement after-school enrichment programs for at-risk youth, ages 6-17, in the southern section of Northridge, California. The primary goal is to increase access to pro-social recreational activities. The primary activities include the opening of a new youth center in Northridge where programs will include tutoring, sports activities, computer training, arts and crafts, crime prevention education, field trips, leadership training, camping, horseback riding, movie nights, drill team, music programs, career planning, and other educational programs.NCA/NCF
