OJJDP FY 2006 Congressional Earmark Programs (DPD).

The primary objective of the North Star United Missionary Workers of America, Inc. is to help juvenile delinquents understand that delinquency is stemmed within deeper issues which promotes their at risk behavior. The program will provide preventative services to youth and families 'at risk' and youth and families that have had no prior contact with the justice or child welfare system. As well as help these youth and families identify the in-depth social economic problems that instigated their delinquent behaviors.
