Operation: Home Base expands the existing services of "The Spot Next Door" to LGBTQ youth in the Bronx. Services include intensive case management to youth and families, linkages to other community resources (particularly those serving homeless individuals), and community outreach to both LGBTQ youth and local businesses that volunteer to serve as a referral source for youth in need of services.
