The Port Chester Carver Center seeks to serve 50 at risk African-American and Latino teens ages 13-19 over the course of 12 months through the implementation of the Teen Outreach Program. The Teen Outreach Program is a nationally recognized comprehensive year-round youth development program designed to foster positive development of vulnerable youth from Port Chester, New York through effective adult supports and skill-building training and experiential opportunities. It is expected that this program will reduce dropout rates, teen pregnancies and other risky behaviors among area teens.NCA/NCF
